The Garden Project
Yesterday (31/12/2008), on the MC notice board there was a notice informing about the THREE planned projects.
Besides the flood and drainage project, the MC members still wanted to proceed with the upgrading of the garden. As clearly informed, they had already agreed to put it on-hold and it was minuted during the meeting held on 15 December 2008. Now they can just turn-around and bull-dozed their way ahead. This is the typical case of "CAKAP TAK SERUPA BIKIN". I wonder whether they have any respect for rules and regulations.
They manipulated the procedure of the meeting. These group of MC did not get the owners/residents' respects and trust. Some of them were so arrogant and think that they are running the management as if they are running their factory.

I remember clearly, at the MC & Residents meeting on Dec 15, the MC agreed to DEFER the Upgrading Garden project to focus on flooding problem at Blok K & L. It looks like the MC is planning a BIG CNY's ANG PAU BONUS for themselves at the expand of the poor residents.

Residennts, think about it...why so kan cheong to all 3 projects before CNY?
And why Robot Tan bodoh-bodoh follow their instructions without observing the procedures.
The new MC should give a boot to Robot Tan!
Yes, the decision was minuted too. Then that arrogant young GXX was shouting on top of his voice and making threats. It went like this, "Whether you like it or not, the project will go on!"
Dear residents, you should take this matter seriously. Any one care to report to the COB. Contact the officer in charge and report this malpractice.
Show them THE PEOPLE BOLEH and NOT MC BOLEH!
Wah? so arrogantkah "whether you like it or not, the project will go on !" He is using his own money or his grandfather's money ? If the majority say no means no lah. Tak fahamkah? Why so kan cheong ? No money for CNY ? That GXX fellow must be a desperate man. Don't be shylah. No money say no money. We can set up a PDPI fund to help him to celebrate CNY but don't bulldoze through the projects.Bikin malu saja. And that Robot Tan fler we residents must know what to do when the time comes. He also no money kah? We can send him to Timbuktu then only he knows who is the BOSS!!

Even Sime Darby dare not proceed with the take-over of the IJN when there are public objections.
This little tiny MC member think that he is the little RAJA in the PDPI. Like his own father's money!
