Going to the dogs

Dear Sir,
I appreciate your concern about PDPI going to the dogs as the accumulated fund of > 600K is obviously the eye opener. Few if at all realize that our apartments are now > 10 years old. For some, even our wiring should be renewed not to mention the paint work of the ironmongery surrounding the 6 blocks of apartments. In the past, the original people who worked so hard to brilliantly combat the developer should be reinstated as MC committee members.
Slow they may be in getting things done, but there was lots of homework done to encompass safety, cost and practicality issues. Even then there were times when these people were targeted for abuse and false reports of corruption. The present MC has no consideration as to the hard work done previously and only support their own hidden agendas namely to suck the funds dry. After this, what next?
It is sad that there are so many gullible persons voting for unproven characters into the MC, break the chain of events and create havoc among the residents by spreading rumours when their main function is to maintain the buildings as best can be done. The previous batch of people involved never received a cent in terms of allowance or salaries too but the main purpose and agenda were well defined and executed to ensure most people are satisfied. This can be seen by the better maintenance collection over the times when the developer was holding the reins.
It’s time the community open their eyes and ears as to ensure the next MC members elected are responsible people not “internal home grown terrorists”.

Your article has added in another reason for the residents to be cautious about these crowns in the MC. The residents don't trust them lah. I cannot understand how a gangster looking contractor which can't read BM/English can be voted in as a MC member? Also an inspiring to be a contractor also in the MC. Residents know lah - conflict of interest deal when you get these crowns in the MC! We are not stupid paying buta money into the fund. It is our duty to jaga jaga the fund.
Actually, we have ourselves to be blamed. Most of the owners here are just to preoccupied with our own business. No one come forward.
One most important point to take note is these present MC members did not undergo the process of voting at all. If any one care to refer back to their nomination list, very distinctly you can find these people proposed and seconded each other. This is a clear case of "You scratch my back and I scratch yours"
Ahemm...just like the BIG MESS we made at voting for BN before March 8. See what happened to Malaysia now. The same is happening here. Here we have the Gang of 4 messing up the whole place. Remember what the Gang of 4 did to China after Chairman Mao? We have no one else to blame except ourself for not taking seriously on the formation of the MC. We let them hand picked their own gang to be in the MC that served their interest. This must NEVER happen again. Little Tsunami at PDPI in 2009?
O.k. enough is enough. Less talk more action now. Let remove the MC and also Robert Bench. Show the clowns who are the boss. Remember the early days where we have to fight the developer !! And who are these clowns ? They create so much problems and unhappiness in PDPI. Imagine even one of the clown can even park 2 cars in one parking lot.Just figure it out. How can he do it ??? The balless RB and security cannot do anything because this MC fler is big time gangster.Phew ! a gangster in our MC. So time to sack these people. Otherwise...........
