Happy Chinese New Year

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all residents/owners of PDPI a

HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS CHINESENEW YEAR.

May the coming Bull year bring a lot prosperity and good luck to us.

Look at our garden! Wow! So beautifully lighted up.

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Also take a good look at our compound, it is the season of "WILD,WILD WEST". It is the time of LAWLESSNESS,any Tom, Dick and Harry can drive pass the Guard House, sail smoothly inside the compound, then coolly and calmly select the best position to station your vehicle. Park any where you like.

Look at the notice dated 2 December 2008 from RB. It said that effective from 1 January 2009, the policy of "NO STICKER NO ENTRY" will be enforced. What a joke! Every day/night cars simply park along the drain blocking vehicles from Block K, L and M. MC and RB please wake up, do some thing.

All my friends expressed the same opinion about PDPI:-

"It USED TO BE a nice place. How come nowaday, this place (PDPI) has deteriorate into such a mess? The residents USED TO BE a disciplined lot, how come nowaday they has no regards for rule and regulations?

All residents/owners, ask yourselves and search deeper into ourselves. Do you really want to let PDPI slipped into such a condition?

BREAKING NEWS: 7th January 2009 Time:15.54

The following is the latest post from our reader

MC Desperados are at it again.
Latest on the notice board dated 7-1-2009, they call for tenders for repair of Drainage around Tennis Court only..
There is already a Sub-Committee to look into repair of the whole drainage system in PDPI, but MC cannot wait.
It looks like they want to break up the whole drainage system into small lots so thet they do not have to call an EGM to get Residents' Approval. This MC are really desperate to get projects and spend our money before they are kicked out.
MC approved construction of additional water outlet behind Block K to overcome flooding at a cost of RM7,100.00 ,
but now the Contractor who is also a MC member says ' on behalf of the other Contractor' he needs to increase this price because it was quoted too low.
This is clearly a conflict of interest. Why was Kim Awning another contractor who did the prevous outlets, at a lower price, not informed and not invited to give a quotation? It seems MC did not want them. It looks like RB says they cannot do anything because they follow MC orders.
This not finish but they want to start another drainage project around Tennis Court.
I challenge MC to call a Residents Meeting and ask the Residents if they approve what they are doing or not.
They dare not because "KIASU"
Meanwhile Cars are parked all over and Maintainence Fees has incresed to RM133k but MC do not care. They do not know how to solve this problems. They are incompetent and lack transparency. Kick them out.

The Garden Project

Yesterday (31/12/2008), on the MC notice board there was a notice informing about the THREE planned projects.

Besides the flood and drainage project, the MC members still wanted to proceed with the upgrading of the garden. As clearly informed, they had already agreed to put it on-hold and it was minuted during the meeting held on 15 December 2008. Now they can just turn-around and bull-dozed their way ahead. This is the typical case of "CAKAP TAK SERUPA BIKIN". I wonder whether they have any respect for rules and regulations.

They manipulated the procedure of the meeting. These group of MC did not get the owners/residents' respects and trust. Some of them were so arrogant and think that they are running the management as if they are running their factory.
