我的天啊!又再提起停车场的过期旧事!

有个有心人在较早时传递一篇文章,尝试把几项早以否决的事项重新挖出来。现今有位作者,自称为天使的,来回应这几项事务。

天使的回应如下:

亲爱的“神”之友(?),

本人阅读你所书写的文章后感觉的很可笑。一篇暗藏无限动机,满口自谈自赞的文章。我肯定当时你一定是在沾沾自喜吧。

神使我觉悟了。我感觉到你是有阴谋的,你想利用“把花园改成停车场”的这项议题来制造仇恨和困扰。这件事项不是早已经否决了吗?

无论如何,神托梦给我。神希望我告诉你事情已经是过去了。

以下是神明智的问题以及注释。


  • 在槟城是否有任何公寓曾经成功的把花园改成停车场的?如有,请告知。
  • 你曾经说RB告知:根据政府的土地局所言,MC可以随意修改花园的用途。 (其实,RB只在土地局的柜台处询问罢了)若是如此,你应该叫RB给你一封鉴定书,白纸黑字也好给你一个保障。
  • 你是否知道我们这块地是属于槟州州政府的?槟州州政府会准许你为所欲为吗?别忘了,槟州还有其他的公寓,他们也会跟着起哄。在槟州,那一个公寓没有泊车的问题?
  • 在分层法律中你可知道空地、花园地的用途吗?那有可能说改成停车场,就可以改的。
  • 你知道我们这一大块的草地是作何用的?它是供给新鲜的氧气以及吸收雨水的海绵。没有这篇草地,我们这里以及廉价屋将会逢雨必淹水。到时,槟州河流排水局将会向我们兴师问罪 。你们也可能会被起诉。
  • 请勿忘记,如有任何麻烦时,RB将会洗得干干净净。他们可以说“我们只是根据MC的指示来行事罢了!”
  • 神还问,谁比较聪明呢,是你还是RB?


本人希望以上的问题以及注释能够让你醒觉、明白事情来龙去脉。希望你不要再传递谎言来困扰及分裂这里的居民。这里的群众一向来是平安和蔼的相处。为何你要制造仇恨和空诺言,只有神知道。


哎呀,神最后还交代。神告诉我RB和MC在2008年故意造成混乱来困扰居民,不过千万不要把神也托下水。 神了解你是出于好心,所以神已经给予你以上的答案。


这星期日的常年大会,本人将投“居民联阵”一票。你呢?

Dear A “Friend” of God (?),

I found your 8 pages letter dated 20th April delivered to us last Friday 24th April, very amusing. It is a really a full self praising letter with hidden agendas that only the loving God itself knows. You must really SYOK yourself, didn’t you?
God has awakened me to respond. I felt that again you have came back to pit peaceful residents here against each other with your evil plan – car park in the garden. I though this issue has been buried 6’ underground last year through a democratic election?

Anyway, God appeared in my dream and He wants me to stretch the record straight with you. Here are His wisdom Questions and Remarks.
  • Do you know any condo in Penang that has a open space or garden being converted into car park? Please enlighten us?
  • You told us RB was told by from Jabatan Tanah & Galian that the MC can do anything with the garden. (RB only check at Jabatan's counter). Why don’t you get a black & white letter from RB and Jabatan Tanah & Galian to confirm and protect your ass? (Sorry, God)
  • Do you know the State Government owns this land? Do you think State Government will allow you to do anything on an open space and create problems for them? Remember, if you did it, other condos also want to do it. Which condo in Penang, don’t have a car problem?
  • Do you know our Open Space/Garden is gazetted in our Strata Title as what is it? Mana boleh suka suka tukar to car park. (God speaks BM too)
  • Do you know what our big garden is for? It provides oxygen and acts as a sponge to soak up rain water. Without it, banjir lah our Taman and low cost flats. Do you think the Jabatan Pengairan & Sungai will not come after you for causing flooding problems to your poor neighbours? You may kena SUED!
  • Remember when you get in trouble, RB will wash it hands clean as they will claim “We ONLY take instruction from MC ma”.
  • God asked, are you or RB smarter?


I hope the above questions and remarks will awake and straighten you up and please don’t spread lies to create confusing and division among peaceful residents here. You and only God later will know you were making these hatred and empty promises.


Oops… here are His parting words. God asked me to tell you, that this mess was created by RB and MC to fool the residents back in 2008. He asked me to tell you please don’t get HIM involves. God knows you have good heart but He has provided you the answers above.


I am giving my vote to Pakatan Residents on the coming AGM’s election. Are you?

2009 会员大会最新消息

今天4月24日,收到一群居民、业主的要求。希望能够把他们的宣言告知群众。PDPI常年会员大会将在2009年4月26日,晚上7.30举行。各位会员请踊跃出席会议。


宣言如下:-

优迪花园(PDPI)2009年度新的管理层委员 - “居民联阵”

各位单位业主、居民们,

我们来自一群关心的业主,现今成立一个智囊团体“居民联阵”。

经过长期的观察我们发觉在我们周边的民生、治安以及管理情况已经沦落到了恶劣的地步。甚者还发生了暴力事件。更糟糕的是,很多时候我们对于现今的管理层所推行的工程、管理基金的开支都一概不知。

现在是时候我们必须寻求改革。我们知道很多业主要求更多的透明度与改革。

因此我们决定号召一斑有志向而又拥有不同专业背景的人士成立了一支新的团队来竞选2009这一届年的管理层委员。我们认为以一个完整的团队,大家齐心合力一定能够改善我们周边的情况。

以一支新的管理层团队,我们将会努力实行以达到下列的目的:

- 制造一个融洽、和睦的环境。

- 行政开支一切的透明化。

- 对我们的职责及行为负责。

- 推行居民之间更好的沟通以及社交往来

Updates on AGM 2009

Today is 24th April 2009, I received a request from a group of concerned residents/onwers to publish their manisfesto for this coming AGM2009 which will be held on 26th April 2009 at 7.30pm at the Club House at PDPI.

Here it goes:-

NEW MC 2009 TEAM FOR PDPI – “PAKATAN RESIDENTS”

Dear Unit Owners/Residents,
25th April 2009

We are a group of concerned unit owners calling ourselves “Pakatan Residents”.

We have been monitoring the whole living, security and management situations here which are getting from bad to worst. That is very worrying. There was even time whereby situation here was getting violent too. There were many cases where the unit owners have no idea how projects were carried out and how our money was spent.

We realize most unit owners NOW demand TRANSPATRENCY and want a CHANGE to such situations.

There is why we are forming a NEW TEAM consisting of different races with different professional backgrounds as new candidates for the MC 2009. We believe coming together as a complete TEAM, we can work together for the betterment for PDPI.

As a new TEAM for the MC 2009, we strive to achieve the following:

- To bring harmony, peace, good and friendly neighbourhoood to this PDPI.

- Transparent on ALL expenses.

- Accountability on our duties.

- Better communication and socializing among ALL Residents.

At this coming MC’s AGM meeting, we need your support to vote us in as A TEAM

The funny human

Last year, during the EGM many of us expressed our regret for not coming forward and be part of the MC committee members. Many of those present just shook their heads and sighed "It's all our own faults"

Now it is the time around we have our AGM ie. time to make your moves, to act and volunteer your service. In other words, be part of the management committees. The present MC members of 2008 had generated some much hatred and resulted in a very unhealthy surrounding in PDPI.

Get a new team of MC members in. Replace those old and un-welcoming members especially the 4 Napoleans.

Come forward and not regret later on!

AGM 2009 finally

At last, the MC members are willing to hold the AGM for 2009 on this coming 26 April 2009.

I wish more of our unit owners can come forward and stand as candidates, so that we have more voices in the MC. Unit owners please and-up and be counted.

Please submit your form in time ie. 48HOURS before the AGM. Make a copy of your nomination form and ask the office to sign on the moment of submission

We need at least 14 candidates.
