Hello, welcome to the year of 2010 and PDPI has taken a new colour schemes.

With the completion of the re-painting work, the Management had decided to re-drawn the parking lot, well according to the Strata Title.

Suddenly our Big Bully had found his parking lot being painted with the word "VISITOR'S LOT". As he had claimed that he purchased the parking from SOMEONE(who can that be to own a visitor's lot?). As far as I understand, all assigned car parks is part and parcel of the unit, no car parking can be sold off as individual parcel. If he has paid for the car park then he might well be conned then.

There was another version:- the previous Management committees had given him permission to use the parking lot. This is even more outrageous. Those committee members behaved as if this taman is their grandfather's property. They can simply gave permission.

This Big Bully even gate-crashed into the meeting room and hailed abusive language at the council members present. With his gangster behaviour, we the residents are living in fear. Is there anything we can do?

Activities in PDPI

there were the loud cry over the role of RA, and the present MC wanted to close RA for good. Now RA had been keeping a very low profile and let the MC takes over the duty to organise functions.

Well, Mid-Autumn festival was over, the Hari Raya was over and now Deepavali was over too. What have the MC done? No news, no gatherings, no social activities.

Look around our taman, you can find that lines for parking lots were so blur. When the MC talk about painting for the building, do they look into the problems of air-cond downpipes? Do they take into consideration about the parking lots too?

Mad Dog Strikes Again.

Last night at the EGM this Mad Dog again abused a MC member for no reason.

He used abusive valgur language, he is a real barbarian.

There were 3 policemen present and they just stood by and did not even tell the Mad Dog to stop the abuses. What a shame.

What is the MC doing about it? Can u allow a Mad Dog to terrorise all the residents and do nothing. He is one of your MC Committee member. I think it is high time MC should find a quick answer to this Mad Dog problem before many members decide to resign.

Make a complain to the police for not taking any action last night.

May be employ tough Rela Guards during all MC meetings or adjourn any meeting whenever he show up. MC has to do something about.

Fire at Block K

Fire at Block K

Last Wednesday (24/6/2009), close to midnight a fire broke up in the kitchen (as reported) in one of the unit at Block K.The tenants/residents reported the incident to the guard house at 11:30 pm.

In between 15 - 20 minutes, 6 fire engines and 2 Bomba rescue motorcycle rushed into our Taman.With all the siren sounds, flashing lights, large contingent of firemen and large crowd (majority came over from low cost flats) it was indeed a big action scene in the Taman.

Some of the residents must have gone to sleep and not knowing about the fire till the next day.In case you missed out the action don't be despair.

Ooh...remember to switch off all cooking utensils and electrical appliances before you go to sleep at night.

Working hand-in-hand

The following is an article from a unit owner/resident.


MC to me means Management Corporation. It's main duty is to take care of the benifits of the unit owners run the management and maintenance of our garden(PDPI).

RA means Residents' Association. It'smain role should be confined to matters regarding social activities.

Their relationship turned sour in the year 2008 because of some personality clash between the MC members and the RA committee. Anyway all those unhappy episodes were things of the past. Let by-gone be gone!

With the coming in of new MC committees, I see no reason why the GOOD relationship of yesteryear cannot be restored!

Welcome new MC members for 2009/2010

Well, one month has passed since the new MC members were elected in.

On the night of AGM, disappointedly the whole batch of the former MC members (except for old Goh) were absent. How can they not turned up to face the people? They were considered as COWARDS, Un-ethical. The former batch of MC members just simply left without a proper hand-over, the files and records were in a mess. No proper minutes and records in the files. People like the young Goh who seemed to work in a Multi-national company, who seemed to put up a picture of such intellectuality! HA!

After the new MC members have taken over, we can definitely see and feel the change.

First and for most, the problem of illegal entry/parking has reduced. The hostile atmosphere has gone. Today, I observed that the RA notice board have returned.

Of course, there are more problems to be tackle, anyway we take a little step: one-step-at-a-time.

All I can said is "WELL DONE MC Members 2009/2010! Keep up the good work."

• 在槟城是否有任何公寓曾经成功的把花园改成停车场的？如有，请告知。
• 你曾经说RB告知：根据政府的土地局所言，MC可以随意修改花园的用途。 （其实，RB只在土地局的柜台处询问罢了）若是如此，你应该叫RB给你一封鉴定书，白纸黑字也好给你一个保障。
• 你是否知道我们这块地是属于槟州州政府的？槟州州政府会准许你为所欲为吗？别忘了，槟州还有其他的公寓，他们也会跟着起哄。在槟州，那一个公寓没有泊车的问题？
• 在分层法律中你可知道空地、花园地的用途吗？那有可能说改成停车场，就可以改的。
• 你知道我们这一大块的草地是作何用的？它是供给新鲜的氧气以及吸收雨水的海绵。没有这篇草地，我们这里以及廉价屋将会逢雨必淹水。到时，槟州河流排水局将会向我们兴师问罪 。你们也可能会被起诉。
• 请勿忘记，如有任何麻烦时，RB将会洗得干干净净。他们可以说“我们只是根据MC的指示来行事罢了！”
• 神还问，谁比较聪明呢，是你还是RB？

本人希望以上的问题以及注释能够让你醒觉、明白事情来龙去脉。希望你不要再传递谎言来困扰及分裂这里的居民。这里的群众一向来是平安和蔼的相处。为何你要制造仇恨和空诺言，只有神知道。

哎呀，神最后还交代。神告诉我RB和MC在2008年故意造成混乱来困扰居民，不过千万不要把神也托下水。 神了解你是出于好心，所以神已经给予你以上的答案。
